Jason A. Neville is a lawyer and partner at The Spence Law Firm, LLC focused on personal injury law and complex civil litigation. His practice includes motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, industrial and workplace injuries, wrongful death, product liability, and medical malpractice. He spent 19 years defending doctors, manufacturers, oil and gas companies, and corporate defendants before shifting his practice toward representing injured clients. Jason earned his B.A. in English from the University of Wyoming, with a minor in American Indian Studies. He later received his J.D. from the University of Wyoming. He is admitted to practice in Wyoming and Colorado, as well as before the US District Court for Wyoming and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Jason has handled high-value litigation in state and federal courts. He served as lead trial counsel in a contract dispute that resulted in a $35.19 million judgment after trial and a later $52.1 million settlement following appeal. His affiliations include the American Association for Justice, Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association, and Natrona County Bar Association. He has further served as chair of the Wyoming State Bar Board of Professional Responsibility.
Jason A. Neville combines trial work with professional education and community service. He teaches trial practice and strategy across the country and volunteers to teach trial skills at the University of Wyoming College of Law.
