Jared B. Martens

Jared B. Martens is the founding partner of Martens Law Office, P.C., where he focuses exclusively on criminal defense. With over 24 years of experience, he has represented clients in more than 7,000 cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies, including first-degree murder. Jared graduated from Boise State University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and later earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver College of Law in 2001. After law school, he gained early courtroom experience working with respected attorney Vanoy Bishop, assisting on complex criminal defense matters, including capital death penalty cases. In 2003, he founded Martens Law Office, where he initially practiced in several areas before devoting his career fully to criminal defense.

Licensed in Idaho, Colorado, the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Jared has represented clients in every county in Idaho.
