Mr. Ottaviano earned his B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College and later completed his J.D. at Widener University School of Law. During law school, he served as Research Editor for The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, strengthening his legal research and analytical writing skills. He completed Post-Graduate Studies at The Hill School. He also completed a year-long judicial internship with the Honorable Mary F. Walrath of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
Mr. Ottaviano has helped clients form and protect businesses, resolve disputes, manage property transactions, and plan for the future through well-structured estate plans since beginning his practice in 2005. He regularly assists families with estate administration and guides clients through sensitive legal matters with care and precision.
