Before entering private practice, she gained tax experience at a Big Four public accounting firm, clerked during law school with a firm handling estate planning, real estate, and small business matters, and served the Minnesota Court of Appeals.

After Jamie’s judicial clerkship for the Honorable R.A. Jim Randall, she returned to private practice, assisting clients with estate planning, real estate, and small business concerns. In 2010, she opened Held Law Office, PLLC, where she has focused exclusively on estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration matters throughout Minnesota. Her tax background, accounting education, and legal experience strengthen the guidance she provides in both planning and administration.
