Jamie Bell

Jamie Bell is an Associate Attorney in Goosmann Law Firm’s Litigation Practice Area in Omaha, Nebraska. She represents clients through stages of civil litigation that include case assessment, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. Her practice emphasizes clear legal analysis, persuasive written and oral advocacy, and organized case management. She also brings prior appellate and administrative experience from representing Veterans in disability claims and appeals before federal agencies and courts.

Bell earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law, where she served on the Creighton Law Review and received multiple CALI Awards. She holds a B.A. in Theater with a minor in Dance from Millikin University. Her legal education supports research, writing, and case analysis, while her theater background contributes to communication and presentation skills that are useful in depositions, hearings, negotiations, and courtroom advocacy.

Before joining Goosmann Law in March 2026, Bell practiced at Berry Law in Omaha, where she handled Veterans’ disability claims and appeals before the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Board of Veterans’ Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. She also supervised and mentored attorneys and staff in a high-volume practice. At Goosmann, she now applies that organizational and advocacy experience to litigation strategy, motions, discovery, and dispute resolution.
