James N. Bowen

James N. Bowen is a Nashville commercial litigation lawyer who represents corporate and individual clients in complex business and healthcare disputes. His practice includes securities class actions, M&A disputes, shareholder conflicts, business torts, breach of contract cases, RICO matters, and intellectual property disputes. James earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar. He received his B.A. with distinction from the University of Virginia and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
