James M. Armstrong

James M. Armstrong is a distinguished partner at Foulston Siefkin LLP in Wichita, Kansas, bringing over four decades of experience in complex commercial litigation. His practice spans securities fraud, shareholder and fiduciary duty claims, oil and gas disputes, intellectual property, employment, and general contract matters. Mr. Armstrong earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kansas in 1976, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Kansas Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. He also holds a Master of Arts from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kansas. He is admitted to practice in Kansas, the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, and several U.S. Courts of Appeals, including the Tenth Circuit.
