James Kassir

James Kassir has dedicated more than 15 years to defending individuals facing DUI, traffic, criminal, and expungement matters throughout Hinsdale and DuPage County. He approaches each case with care and determination, helping clients manage stressful legal challenges while pursuing the strongest possible result with clarity and confidence.

James began his academic path at the University of Illinois, Chicago, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Honors in 2001. He later completed his Juris Doctor at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, in 2004. His early commitment to service was recognized in 2005 when he received the Distinguished Service Award and Pro Bono Award from Chicago Volunteer Legal Services.

James handles DUI and DWI, expungement, speeding and traffic tickets, CDL matters, and criminal defense issues.
