Mr. Astrachan earned a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law (1974), followed by an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center (1978). He also holds a B.S. from Bryant College (1970).

Throughout his career, James B. Astrachan has been a leading authority in intellectual property law and IP litigation.
