Jacqueline M. Aldrich is the founding attorney of J. Aldrich Law, P.C., where she represents clients in family law, criminal defense, DCFS appeals, and appellate matters. Known for her strong courtroom presence and commitment to client rights, she serves individuals throughout DuPage, Will, Kane, and Kendall Counties.
Jacqueline earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from North Central College, graduating magna cum laude with a major in Political Science. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor cum laude from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. During law school, she was active in moot court competitions and served as Associate Justice of the Moot Court Executive Board.
Early in her career, Jacqueline gained litigation experience through clerkships and associate positions focusing on personal injury, workers’ compensation, and criminal law. She became a licensed attorney in Illinois in 2006 and was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 2007.
Jacqueline began handling family law cases in 2008 and is also trained in mediation and arbitration. She is certified to serve as a Guardian ad Litem and Child Representative in several counties. Her legal service has earned recognition, including a Pro Bono Service Award and selection as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.
Jacqueline M. Aldrich is a long-time member of the Illinois State and DuPage County Bar Associations, actively participating in family, criminal, and appellate law committees. She continues to be a passionate advocate for her clients, providing skilled representation during life-altering legal challenges while ensuring their voices are heard throughout the process.
