Her academic background in law and health law complements a practice centered on professional regulation, administrative proceedings, and health care-related legal concerns.
Jacqueline previously worked inside the Illinois Department of Professional and Financial Regulation as a prosecutor. That experience informs her representation of licensed professionals responding to investigations, disciplinary allegations, and licensing problems. She also advises health care providers on issues involving professional societies and hospital privileges. Her work requires familiarity with administrative processes, professional standards, and the practical effect that regulatory action can have on a client’s career and business.
Jacqueline Friedman-Stein participates in the Illinois State Bar Association, including its Health Care Law and Administrative Law sections. Her combination of agency experience, health law education, and professional licensing practice allows her to address matters from the perspective of both regulatory procedure and professional consequences.
