About

Jacob H. Dippold (“Jake”) is an attorney with Shuler Law Firm whose practice centers on Estate Planning, Business Law, and Commercial Real Estate, with an integrated focus on Business and Real Estate Litigation. He advises clients on business formation, governance, succession planning, estate planning, contract drafting, and transactional structuring. His practice combines preventive planning with dispute-related work, allowing him to draw on transactional knowledge when business or property disagreements move into litigation.

Jake earned a B.A. from Wofford College in 2021 with studies in English, including Film, and Government, including American Politics. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Elon School of Law, where he was a Dean Scholar and Leadership Fellow. He served on the Moot Court Board and held leadership roles in student organizations, including President of the Military Law Society and Secretary of the First-Generation Lawyer Society, developing advocacy and organizational skills relevant to legal practice.

Jake’s current work spans business and real estate transactions as well as litigation connected to those areas. He helps clients form and govern businesses, plan succession, draft contracts, structure transactions, prepare estate plans, and address commercial real estate matters. When disputes arise, his transactional experience informs his handling of business and real estate litigation. This integrated approach supports clients from early planning and documentation through conflicts involving agreements, ownership interests, property, or business operations.
