Jack J. Fine is the Managing Partner at Fine, Farkash & Parlapiano, P.A., a respected Gainesville law firm representing victims of personal injury. With nearly five decades of legal experience, Jack is recognized for his integrity, trial skill, and unwavering commitment to justice. Jack earned his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1976, where he was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and the Order of the Coif, graduating in the top 10 percent of his class. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in sociology from Colby College in Waterville, Maine. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1976, he is also licensed before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Before founding the firm in 1980, Jack served as an Assistant Public Defender in Florida’s Third Judicial Circuit and later in Gainesville, where he tried numerous criminal cases and developed a deep passion for advocating for individuals. As Managing Partner, he continues to uphold that same dedication, leading a team devoted to excellence in personal injury law.

Jack J. Fine has also served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Florida Levin College of Law since 1983, coaching and mentoring aspiring trial lawyers. His professional achievements, including Martindale-Hubbell’s highest AV rating and leadership in several bar associations, reflect a lifetime commitment to diligence, ethics, and client-centered advocacy.
