J. Kevin Benjamin

J. Kevin Benjamin is the founder and managing partner of Benjamin Legal Services in Chicago. His practice focuses on bankruptcy, foreclosure solutions, tax resolution, and financial restructuring for individuals, businesses, and taxpayers. He handles Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters, as well as loan workouts, mortgage modification issues, foreclosure defense, and federal and state tax controversies.
