J. Finn Gavagan

J. Finn Gavagan is the founder of Gavagan Law, LLC, a Boston-based law firm devoted to personal injury and civil litigation. He has represented clients in complex cases involving wrongful death, nursing home neglect, medical malpractice, daycare injuries, and serious accidents. His practice includes motor vehicle collisions, construction site injuries, slip and falls, and general negligence. With a commitment to advocacy and justice, Mr. Gavagan has helped clients recover significant settlements and verdicts.

Mr. Gavagan earned his J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law. He also holds a B.A. from the University of New Hampshire.

Since being admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2014 and the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts in 2017, Mr. Gavagan has earned a reputation for results-driven representation. His case outcomes include a $450,000 settlement for a construction site injury and $200,000 for a nursing home wrongful death.
