J. David Miller

J. David Miller is a Tennessee attorney whose practice focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, truck and auto accidents, defective medical devices, pharmaceutical drug claims, and asbestos matters. He serves clients in the Tri-Cities region and brings decades of litigation experience to serious injury cases. David earned his B.A. in finance from East Tennessee State University and later received his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. His education gave him a strong foundation in legal analysis, advocacy, and trial preparation. Since beginning his legal career in 1985, David has built a long trial practice serving injured clients in Tennessee. He has been board-certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and has also earned certification in civil pretrial advocacy. He is admitted in Tennessee and before several federal courts, including the Eastern District of Tennessee, the Sixth Circuit, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and the United States Supreme Court.
