J. Bradley Smith is a seasoned litigator known for his leadership in civil rights and personal injury law across North Carolina. Bradley has successfully tried cases in both state and federal courts and is recognized for his skill in handling high-profile litigation, including complex Camp Lejeune water-contamination claims.
Bradley earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from North Carolina State University in 2001. He continued his education at Mercer University, earning his Juris Doctor in 2004 and being named to the Dean’s List. These academic foundations prepared him for a results-driven legal career focused on justice and client advocacy.
Bradley has represented clients in federal courts across all districts in North Carolina and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
