In addition, he advises assisted living and seniors housing providers on financing and development matters. His experience includes construction financing, HUD-insured refinances, easement negotiations, and Fannie Mae refinances, helping clients complete important projects and business goals with greater certainty.
Before entering private practice, Ian Adams served as an Attorney-Advisor for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
