Howard G. Silverman

Howard G. Silverman is a founding partner and lead trial attorney who represents injured clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His personal injury practice focuses on helping individuals and families pursue compensation after serious accidents and other life-changing injuries. He also handles insurance disputes, including first-party bad faith claims, and provides trial-focused representation designed to hold insurers and responsible parties accountable under the law.

Howard earned his Juris Doctor from Dickinson School of Law in 1986 after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida in 1983. His combined legal and financial education provides a practical foundation for evaluating damages, analyzing insurance coverage, and preparing complex claims. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, allowing him to serve clients and manage litigation across both jurisdictions.

Howard has substantial experience prosecuting first-party bad faith insurance claims and third-party claims involving failures to defend unsatisfied judgments. His work requires careful review of policy obligations, insurer conduct, and the financial consequences of denied or mishandled claims. In addition to advocating for clients in personal injury and insurance matters, he has been invited to speak on insurance bad faith issues before the National Organization of Public Adjusters and other organizations.
