About

Hope M. Flynn is an attorney at Hoover & Flynn, PLLC whose current practice focuses on estate planning, trusts, probate, and trust administration. She helps clients organize their affairs, prepare estate plans, create trusts and other lifetime planning documents, and carry out their wishes through appropriate legal structures. She also assists with trust administration and probate matters after a loved one’s death, guiding clients through legal and procedural responsibilities.

Hope graduated from Albany Law School of Union University and received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany. Her legal education led to a career that initially centered on prosecution and courtroom work before moving toward estate planning. That background supports her ability to explain legal options, identify potential disputes, prepare planning documents, and approach probate and trust matters with an understanding of how contested issues can develop when litigation becomes necessary.

Hope moved to New Hampshire in 1998 to become a prosecutor, first working at the Rockingham County Attorney’s Office and later at the Strafford County Attorney’s Office. She spent fifteen years at the Strafford office in several positions and tried hundreds of cases. Her substantial litigation experience now informs her estate practice, particularly when clients need careful planning designed to reduce uncertainty or when probate and trust matters develop contested issues.

Hope M. Flynn has practiced law for more than twenty-five years and now concentrates on helping individuals and families create and administer estate plans. Her work includes trusts, lifetime planning documents, trust administration, and probate. By combining long courtroom experience with an estate-planning focus, she helps clients address legal details in advance, document their intentions clearly, and navigate the administrative responsibilities that follow a death or arise during trust administration.
