Holly Ortiz

Holly Ortiz is the Chief Practice Manager at Christina Pendleton & Associates and a personal injury attorney serving injured clients in Virginia. She draws on trial and negotiation experience to help clients seek the full compensation they deserve after serious harm, providing steady advocacy to people facing difficult legal moments.

Holly attended the University of Texas at Austin and completed her undergraduate degree at Mary Baldwin College. She earned both her master’s degree in government and her law degree from Regent University in Virginia Beach in 2014, building a strong base for public service and legal advocacy.

Holly gained valuable legal experience during law school through internships at the Office of the Chief Staff Attorney for the Supreme Court of Virginia and at the federal public defender’s offices in Richmond and Norfolk. These roles helped shape her understanding of court work and client-focused representation.

Holly was admitted to the Virginia bar and later worked at Central Virginia Legal Aid Society. There, she handled healthcare policy and pro bono matters for indigent clients in the Richmond area. This work reflected her commitment to helping people in need of legal support during challenging times.

Holly also worked in Norfolk as an assistant public defender before joining Christina Pendleton & Associates. In that role, she provided criminal representation in a wide range of felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile cases. Her public defense work strengthened her courtroom skills and practical legal judgment.

Holly is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the Richmond Behavioral Health Foundation Board of Trustees. Her memberships show continued involvement in the legal field and community-based service in Virginia.
