Holly L. Tysse

Holly L. Tysse is a Partner in Crowley Fleck’s Casper office and a member of the Commercial and Natural Resources Litigation Practice Group. Her practice includes commercial and tort litigation, corporate disputes, trucking litigation, construction litigation, employment litigation under Title VII, and appellate matters. She also advises on employee handbooks and employment separation issues. Her work combines contested litigation with selected advisory matters, allowing her to help clients address disputes as well as employment-related planning concerns.

Holly earned a B.A. in Political Science, with minors in Philosophy and Criminal Justice, from the University of Wyoming, graduating summa cum laude. She later earned her J.D. with honor from the University of Wyoming College of Law and was elected to the Order of the Coif. She is admitted in Wyoming, the US District Court for the District of Wyoming, and the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

Holly prepares cases through formal and informal discovery, fact investigation, dispositive motion briefing, expert work, and trial planning. Her litigation experience includes obtaining summary judgment in a federal Title VII case, successfully reversing a significant punitive damages award, and securing a multimillion-dollar verdict for a coal company. She handles appellate work in addition to trial-level disputes, giving her experience with cases that continue through post-trial review and higher-court proceedings.

Holly L. Tysse is affiliated with the Association of Defense Trial Lawyers and the Defense Lawyers Association of Wyoming. She previously served on the YMCA of Natrona County Board of Directors and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch for commercial litigation, health care law, and oil and gas law.
