Holly Brauchli

Holly Brauchli is the Managing Partner at Sears Injury Law and a Tacoma injury attorney. She focuses on helping injured people in motorcycle accidents and other accidents deal with difficult legal, medical, and employment issues after serious events change their lives. Her work is built on strong advocacy, careful case preparation, and clear communication. Holly believes clients deserve to be heard, respected, and guided with confidence. She works to give people a stronger voice and help them move forward with practical support and trusted legal representation.

Holly earned her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in 2011. She also completed the International Transactional Law Program in 2010 at Bucerius School of Law. In 2009, she studied in the International Human Rights Advocacy Program at the University of the Witwatersrand. Earlier, she earned her B.A. from the University of Arizona in 2007. This education gave her a broad legal view and a strong base for client advocacy today.

Holly began her career as a prosecutor, where she developed trial skills and learned how to present cases effectively. She later spent nearly a decade as a civil defense litigator, handling complex, multi-million dollar matters, training attorneys and corporate staff, and succeeding in appellate work. That background gives her insight into how corporations and insurance companies defend claims. Today, she uses that experience to represent injured clients, building strong cases and advancing their interests through strategy, preparation, and determination.

Holly Brauchli brings courtroom and case development experience to every matter she handles. She has tried cases, managed hundreds of depositions, reviewed large volumes of documents, and worked closely with experts. Just as important, she takes time to understand each client and the full impact of an injury on daily life. She builds cases in partnership with clients, keeps them informed, and works toward results they see as meaningful. Her goal is to secure justice that feels real, fair, and lasting.
