Herman Martinez

Herman Martinez is a Houston DWI and criminal defense lawyer at The Martinez Law Firm, with more than 30 years of legal experience. He previously served as Chief Prosecutor at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office from 1997 to 1999. He later served as an Associate Judge for the City of Houston in 2011.
