Harry Price

Harry Price focuses on elder law, estate planning law, trusts, guardianships, probate, Medicaid planning, wills, and asset protection. Harry earned his J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, where he focused on trusts and estates, estate planning, and estate administration. He received the Jorene Frankl Robbie ’79 Memorial Legal Research Prize while studying there. He also studied Jewish Monetary Law at Beth Medrash Govoha Institute for Talmudic Studies. His studies led to his appointment as a Rabbinic Judge at Bais Din Maysharim Rabbinic Court there.

Harry previously worked as an associate attorney concentrating on trusts and estates, estate administration, and elder law. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York. His professional involvement includes the Ocean County Bar Association Elder Law Committee and Probate and Chancery Committee. He also participates in the New Jersey State Bar Association Elder Law and Disability Section, supporting continued engagement with developments affecting older adults and families.
