Harry P. Susman is an accomplished trial attorney widely respected for securing significant victories in complex commercial, antitrust, and securities disputes. Harry earned his undergraduate degree from Yale University before obtaining his Juris Doctor with high honors from The University of Texas School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Texas Law Review. He was also a member of the Chancellors and the Order of the Coif and was honored as the Outstanding Student for the University. Following law school, he clerked for Judge Alex Kozinski of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Justice Anthony Kennedy of the Supreme Court of the United States.

Notably, he obtained a $73.5 million judgment for Wellstat Therapeutics in Delaware Chancery Court, later affirmed by the Delaware Supreme Court, and secured a $35 million settlement in the SEC’s case against digital music platform Akazoo on behalf of PIPE and SPAC investors. He has also successfully defended clients in securities and contract disputes, achieving defense verdicts in multimillion-dollar claims and favorable resolutions in complex arbitrations involving private equity and energy investments.
