Harold Semanoff

Harold Semanoff is a seasoned trial attorney with more than four decades of experience handling complex legal matters. Harold completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland (B.S., 1974), where he graduated with High Honors. He later earned his law degree from Albany Law School (J.D., 1977). During law school, he also served as a Legislative Assistant in the New York State Assembly, gaining early exposure to public policy and lawmaking.
