Harold G. Belkowitz

Harold G. Belkowitz is managing attorney at Belkowitz Law, PLLC, and focuses on special education law. He represents families in matters under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. His current practice emphasizes families seeking educational services and students facing discipline. He is also approved as a FINRA Dispute Resolution Arbitrator, drawing on litigation experience beyond special education cases.
