Hannah Werner

Hannah Werner is a Chicago attorney at Madden, Jiganti, Moore & Sheridan LLP whose practice focuses on estates and trusts. She works on the creation and implementation of estate plans and on the later administration of estates and trusts. Her planning work begins with understanding a client’s family and goals, while her administration work addresses the legal tasks that arise after death or when a trust requires ongoing management under its governing documents.

Hannah earned two B.A. degrees from Auburn University in 2020, one in Psychology and one in Public Relations. She earned her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2024. Her education combines study of human behavior and communication with formal legal training. She was admitted to the Illinois bar in 2024 and to the Arizona bar in 2025, giving her current practice a multi-state licensing foundation.

Hannah focuses on the full life cycle of estate and trust work rather than limiting her practice to document preparation. She helps clients develop and implement estate plans and later handles estate or trust administration when those plans must be carried out. Her work requires attention to family circumstances, stated goals, legal documents, administration procedures, and the responsibilities that arise for fiduciaries and beneficiaries after an estate or trust becomes active.
