Hannah K. During law school, she served on the ABA Real Property, Probate & Trust Journal, including as Senior Articles Editor, and graduated with membership in the Order of the Coif and the Order of the Wig and Robe. She has been admitted to practice law in South Carolina since 2005.

Hannah advises clients on business formation, corporate governance, contracts, estate planning, wills, trusts, estate and gift tax planning, probate administration, and trust administration. She also represents clients in probate litigation, guardianship, conservatorship, governmental and administrative law matters, and healthcare-related legal issues. Hannah K. Metts is a member of the Greenwood County Bar Association and the South Carolina Bar. She has remained actively involved in her community through leadership and service with organizations including The Bowers-Rodgers Children’s Home, where she served as Board Chair, and the Self Regional Healthcare Foundation Board of Directors. She was also appointed to the Piedmont Technical College Area Commission, representing Greenwood County. She continues to provide experienced legal counsel in business law, estate planning, probate, and related matters while helping clients achieve their personal, family, and business objectives.
