Hamad M. Al-Hoshan focuses on the financing, development, and execution of complex energy and infrastructure projects across domestic and international markets. His practice involves representing sponsors, developers, commercial and investment banks, and investment funds in high-value transactions involving liquefied natural gas (LNG), midstream assets, petrochemical facilities, power generation projects, and other infrastructure investments. Through a practical and business-focused approach, he helps clients address financing challenges, manage project risks, and structure transactions that support long-term goals.

Hamad earned a BS from Northeastern University in 2004. He later received a JD from Suffolk University Law School in 2007 and an MBA from Suffolk University Sawyer School of Business in 2009. Admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York, he is fluent in English and Arabic. His background combines legal, financial, and commercial insight, allowing him to guide clients through demanding energy and infrastructure transactions with clarity and strategic focus.

Hamad advises both borrowers and lenders in a variety of financing arrangements, including commercial bank financings, private placements, and term loan B transactions. His experience also extends to acquisitions, project development matters, and strategic financing structures for major energy infrastructure projects. He has worked on transactions involving LNG export facilities, pipeline infrastructure, power projects, renewable energy developments, telecommunications assets, battery storage projects, and industrial facilities.

Hamad has played a key role in several significant LNG matters. His work includes advising NextDecade on the Rio Grande LNG project, Delfin LNG on a proposed floating liquefaction and LNG export project, Pembina Pipeline Corporation on the Cedar LNG project, Alder Midstream in connection with Texas LNG development efforts, and Freeport LNG on multiple financings and refinancings exceeding US$38 billion in aggregate proceeds. His experience also includes advising clients involved in midstream, petrochemical, renewable energy, and advanced infrastructure transactions across North America.
