Halle Bennett

Halle earned a B.A. in Psychology, Anthropology, and History from the University of Colorado, Boulder, in 2013. She later obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland School of Law in the Business Law Track in 2018, building a strong academic base for her legal career.

Halle gained early professional experience through roles that strengthened her analytical and communication skills. She spent time working in the Presidential Correspondence Division at the White House and later with FTI Consulting. These experiences helped her develop a clear understanding of complex issues and effective client communication.

Halle further advanced her legal training through active involvement during law school. She served as Vice President of the Moot Court team and Vice President of the Business Law Society. She was also a founding member of the Real Property, Trusts and Estates Group, showing her strong interest in key legal disciplines.

Halle also gained hands-on experience through the Consumer Protection Clinic at the Attorney General’s office. In addition, she was selected as a President’s Student Leadership Fellow. These roles allowed her to work directly on legal matters while developing leadership and problem-solving skills in real-world settings.

Halle began her legal career as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable W. Michel Pierson in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. This role gave her valuable insight into court procedures and decision-making, which continues to influence her approach when handling legal matters for clients.
