Greta Atchinson is Director of the Estate Planning, Elder Law & Special Needs Practice Group at Lanman Rayne Nelson Reade. Greta graduated from the University of Maine School of Law and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Maine at Farmington. She is licensed to practice law in Maine and Massachusetts. Her education and admissions experience support her work with clients who need guidance in estate, elder law, and special needs.
Greta advises on all aspects of estate planning and elder law. Her work includes tax planning for taxable estates, general estate and gift tax planning, long-term care planning, probate, guardianship and conservatorship, and special needs planning. Greta Atchinson also serves on the Board of Governors for the Westover School in Middlebury, CT, where she is chair of the annual fund.
