Gregg I. Adelman is a principal of the firm and a seasoned attorney in the Land Use, Zoning & Development Department. With over two decades of experience, he advises developers and private landowners on zoning, permitting, and entitlements across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His work spans residential, commercial, and industrial real estate projects.

Gregg earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law in 1999 after completing his B.A. in Diplomatic History and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania in 1996. He is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as several U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Known for his deep expertise and strategic insight, Gregg has appeared before hundreds of municipal boards in over 20 counties, helping clients secure critical land use approvals and enforce private property rights. His practice includes stormwater management, wetlands protection, endangered species issues, and other environmental compliance matters.

In addition to his transactional work, Gregg litigates real estate and land use disputes before courts and administrative agencies. His capabilities include handling tax assessment appeals, environmental permitting, brownfield redevelopment, and regulatory compliance. His litigation background reinforces his ability to protect client interests in development and defense.
