Frame’s experience includes representation before the Maine Labor Relations Board, the Maine Human Rights Commission, and state and federal courts, together with day-to-day employment counseling and collective bargaining work. Frame also advises startups and established companies on business development, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder relationships, and other corporate questions, and serves as a mediator in disputes. Through these matters, Frame helps clients assess legal options, manage risk, and move through transactions, disputes, administrative processes, or litigation as the situation requires.

Gregg Frame brings a combination of employment, business, litigation, and mediation experience to clients in different industries. As a founding partner, Frame works across both preventive counseling and contested matters. In serving employers, businesses, and public entities, Frame brings practical judgment and subject-matter knowledge to the issues presented. Frame helps employers and businesses manage workforce issues, disputes, transactions, and organizational change with advice grounded in the specific facts and legal framework of each matter.
