Graham E. Sutliff is a Board Certified Personal Injury Attorney and co-founder of Sutliff & Stout, Injury & Accident Law Firm. He represents injured people in serious claims and lawsuits against insurance companies and large corporations. His work focuses on protecting clients after motorcycle accidents and other accidents, and helping them pursue fair compensation. He has handled jury and non-jury trials in state and federal courts. Through each case, he works to hold wrongdoers accountable and secure the support clients need to move forward after serious injuries and losses.

Graham earned his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude. He also earned his B.B.A. in Banking and Finance from the University of Mississippi, graduating summa cum laude. His strong academic record reflects both discipline and skill. During law school, he served on the Mississippi Law Journal and was a member of the Mississippi Moot Court Board, building the research, writing, and advocacy skills that support his practice today.

Graham began his legal career in the Austin litigation section of Vinson & Elkins. There, he represented a wide range of clients, including major companies, small businesses, and private individuals. His work covered personal injury matters, securities disputes, contract cases, and other complex litigation. That experience gave him a strong foundation in courtroom practice and case strategy. In 2008, he co-founded Sutliff & Stout, Injury & Accident Law Firm, to stand up for individuals facing powerful insurance carriers and corporate defendants in difficult legal fights.

Graham E. Sutliff uses his training and trial experience to help injured clients seek justice and financial recovery. He understands the physical, emotional, and financial harm that careless conduct can cause. His goal is to provide strong representation and practical guidance through every stage of a case.
