Grafton Weinacker

Grafton Weinacker is a partner at Bond & Botes in Birmingham, Alabama, focusing on consumer bankruptcy law. Grafton’s interest in consumer bankruptcy developed shortly after law school, when he joined a Chicago-based national firm and represented clients in Alabama and Montana. Working with cases in different states expanded his knowledge of consumer bankruptcy before he returned to Birmingham. He was admitted in Alabama in 2014 and has federal court admissions in the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama, supporting his bankruptcy representation.

Grafton Weinacker belongs to the Alabama Bar Association, Birmingham Bar Association, and National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He also serves as a board member of the Birmingham Bar Association’s Bankruptcy & Commercial Law Section. His business education, legal writing experience, and background in consumer bankruptcy support his work with clients dealing with debt. He brings that combination to his continuing bankruptcy practice in Birmingham.
