About
Graciela S. Reyna defends businesses, trucking companies, and drivers in civil litigation, insurance defense, and personal injury law matters at Vidaurri, Rodriguez & Reyna, LLP. She brings more than 20 years of trial and negotiation experience to cases arising along the Texas-Mexico border. She evaluates claims for potential early resolution while remaining prepared to litigate matters through trial. She also represents local and national businesses facing significant liability and complex factual disputes in court proceedings when necessary.
Graciela S. Reyna earned her J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 1998. She earned her Undergraduate Degree from Texas A&M University in 1995. She is admitted in Texas and before the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas. She developed leadership experience during college and law school, including service with the Board of Advocates and the Texas Aggie Bar Association while preparing for professional practice in litigation matters.
Graciela S. Reyna began her legal career with Texas Rural Legal Aid, where she handled divorce, domestic violence, and workers’ compensation matters. She later practiced medical malpractice and products liability insurance defense before joining the Hidalgo County District Attorney’s Office. She served there from 2002 through 2022, primarily as a first-chair trial prosecutor. She received the 2019 Prosecutor of the Year Award from a Rio Grande Valley victims’ organization during that period.
Graciela S. Reyna combines prosecution, insurance defense, and civil litigation experience when assessing liability, damages, negotiation options, and trial strategy. She is bilingual in Spanish and represents Mexican trucking companies, their drivers, and businesses in personal injury cases near the Texas-Mexico border. She also maintains professional ties through the Hidalgo County Bar Association and organizations. Her courtroom background supports focused advocacy when disputes cannot be resolved early through negotiation.
