Gordon J. Heuser

Gordon J. Heuser is a founding partner and personal injury attorney in Colorado Springs who represents injured people throughout Southern Colorado. He has spent nearly four decades handling workers’ compensation claims, car accident cases, wrongful death matters, and complex personal injury litigation. Since beginning as a solo practitioner in 1985, he has focused his career on helping clients in El Paso County, Pueblo County, and nearby communities pursue compensation after serious injuries.

Gordon earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado in 1981, followed by a J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1984. His education in economics and law gave him a practical foundation for evaluating financial losses, legal responsibility, and the long-term effects of an injury. This background supports his ability to examine difficult claims, explain available options, and develop strategies based on each client’s circumstances.

Gordon has represented clients in matters ranging from workplace injuries and motor vehicle accidents to wrongful death claims and demanding personal injury disputes.
