Glen Frost

Glen Frost is the Founder and Managing Partner of Frost Law and a business lawyer whose practice is built on deep knowledge of tax law and its impact on business, litigation, and estate matters. He leads a multidisciplinary team that delivers coordinated legal solutions across tax controversy, international tax, business planning, and estate planning. Mr. Frost is widely known for handling complex tax issues, guiding clients through audits, appeals, and litigation with careful preparation and strategic focus.

Mr. Frost earned a J.D., cum laude, and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Baltimore School of Law, along with a Certificate in Estate Planning. He also holds a B.S. in Accounting and an M.S. in Forensic Accounting from Stevenson University, which provides a strong foundation in tax analysis, financial investigation, and estate planning. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed in Maryland, with advanced legal and accounting education.

Mr. Frost has a glorious law career focused on tax, business, and estate law at both the national and international levels. He has extensive experience advising on tax planning, compliance, and controversy matters, including representation before federal and state courts. Since 2020, he has played a key role in advising businesses on pandemic-related relief programs, including the Employee Retention Credit and Paycheck Protection Program, with a strong focus on audits, appeals, and related litigation.
