About
Ginny Ashcraft is an associate attorney at McDaniel Wolff, PLLC, in Little Rock, Arkansas. She practices commercial litigation, appeals, government relations, and divorce and family law. Her work covers disputes requiring litigation, legal research, and the assessment of issues for possible appellate review. Before joining the firm, she represented people through Legal Aid of Arkansas. Her range of experience includes civil claims and cases involving individual and organizational interests.
Ashcraft earned a J.D., cum laude, from the William H. Bowen School of Law and a B.A. from Hendrix College, where she graduated with honors and distinction. During law school, she earned top-paper awards in several courses and was selected as a Fendler Fellow for Arkansas Access to Justice. She mentored first-year students as a Property Fellow and received the Bowen Fellow of the Year award. Her academic work combined legal analysis with service.
After law school, Ashcraft worked as a staff attorney for the Fair Housing Project of Legal Aid of Arkansas. In that position, she handled federal and state housing litigation along with estate planning and family law. She had previously clerked at law firms in different practice areas and interned with the Bowen Office of Alumni and Development. Those experiences provided exposure to legal services for individuals and the practical demands of civil litigation.
Ginny Ashcraft is admitted to practice in Arkansas and before the US District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. She belongs to the Arkansas Bar Association and the Pulaski County Bar Association. Her current practice combines commercial and family-related disputes with appeals and government relations. She draws on earlier housing and legal aid work when addressing clients’ legal concerns and the procedural demands of their cases.
