Gerald Tallman

Gerald Tallman is the principal of Tallman Law Associates, with a main office in Randolph, Vermont, and an appointment-only office in Barre. He has been licensed to practice in Vermont since 1994. His practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate transactions, including title examinations, purchase transactions, mortgage closings, and related property matters for buyers, sellers, and lenders throughout Vermont.

Tallman earned his J.D. from Vermont Law School, where he studied from 1991 to 1994. He also received a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from St. Michael’s College, where he studied from 1985 to 1990.
