George F. Hendricks

George F. Hendricks is a partner at Hendricks & Hendricks in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He represents clients in employment law, personal injury, workers’ compensation, municipal court, criminal law, Social Security appeals, real estate, and family law matters. As a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, he brings extensive courtroom experience to clients facing serious disputes, claims, and legal challenges.

Mr. Hendricks earned his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School in 1968. He also received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University in 1965. His legal education, combined with decades of trial practice, supports his ability to evaluate complex disputes, prepare cases for litigation, and guide clients through matters involving employment issues, injury claims, workers’ compensation, and civil litigation.

Mr. Hendricks has tried more than 100 jury cases to verdict and has negotiated, arbitrated, tried, and settled many cases involving more than $1 million. He has appeared numerous times before the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court, resulting in several published opinions. His experience also includes service as counsel to the New Brunswick Board of Education and as attorney for the Borough of Middlesex.

George F. Hendricks is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of several local, state, and trial lawyer organizations and serves as a civil arbitrator for the Middlesex County Superior Court Civil Arbitration Program. His recognitions include selection as a Super Lawyer by New Jersey Monthly Magazine from 2012 through 2014.
