George C. Maxwell

George C. Maxwell is an immigration lawyer at Borene Law Firm, P. A., who concentrates primarily on employment-related and business immigration matters. His work includes immigration projects for employers, investor and entrepreneur visas, professional and skilled-worker visas, employer compliance, permanent residence, family-based immigration, and global mobility. George C. Maxwell is admitted before the Minnesota Supreme Court, the US District Court for the District of Minnesota, and the District of Columbia Bar. Federal law authorizes him to represent clients before US immigration courts and offices worldwide. His broader background includes international human rights litigation, business disputes, corporate internal investigations, and white-collar enforcement and compliance.
