Geoffrey Willmoth

Geoffrey Willmoth is an attorney at Willmoth Immigration Law, LLC, where he focuses on employment-based and family immigration law. Geoffrey earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Kansas City in 2005. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering with minors in Mathematics and Political Science from Missouri University of Science and Technology. He further expanded his academic experience through a visiting student role at the Center for Nonlinear Studies at Los Alamos National Laboratory. He is admitted to practice in Missouri and Kansas.

Prior to entering immigration law, Geoffrey served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Missouri. In that role, he represented the Department of Mental Health and several licensing boards in administrative, probate, and courtroom matters, including contested guardianship cases and jury trials. His experience provided him with practical courtroom skills and a deep understanding of regulatory law.

Geoffrey also served as a law clerk at the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District, for three years. There, he supported appellate judges on a wide range of legal issues, including commercial, corporate, and labor law, honing his legal research and writing abilities.
