Gabriel E. Sassoon

Gabriel E. Sassoon is the President and Managing Partner in Juneau, Alaska, with a strong background in litigation and business law. Originally from Los Angeles, California, he brings a wide range of legal experience and provides clients with clear, effective guidance across many areas of practice.

Gabriel earned his B.A. from Brandeis University with a double major in Politics and Philosophy and a minor in Legal Studies. He later received his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law. His education helped shape his strong foundation in both legal theory and practice.

Gabriel handles a variety of matters, including litigation, family law, entertainment law, probate, business formations and transactions, contracts, real estate, and intellectual property. He works closely with clients to understand their needs and develop practical legal strategies that support their goals.

Gabriel was awarded the Official Citation for Outstanding Contributions from the Massachusetts Senate during his undergraduate studies. He also gained valuable experience working with NBCUniversal and The Cheesecake Factory, as well as with entertainment companies, building knowledge of business and intellectual property law.

After moving to Juneau, Gabriel joined Baxter Bruce & Sullivan, where he became one of the youngest Partners in the firm’s history. For more than a decade, he has built a strong family law practice and has helped clients across many legal areas with steady, reliable representation.

Gabriel E. Sassoon is admitted to practice in Alaska and in federal courts, including the U.S. District Court District of Alaska and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is committed to serving his clients and community with professionalism, dedication, and clear legal support.
