Gabriel R. Aragon is an experienced attorney who represents clients in complex commercial litigation and business disputes. His practice includes matters involving business torts, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, employment disputes, and partnership or shareholder conflicts. He represents companies, government entities, and individuals in a wide range of industries. Through strategic litigation and careful legal analysis, he helps clients resolve high-stakes business conflicts while protecting their legal and financial interests.

Gabriel Aragon earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. During law school, he received the Dean’s Award and was recognized as a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar. He also served as a member of the Arizona State Law Journal and published a legal article that was later cited by the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He earned his B.A. in Spanish from the University of Arizona.

Before joining Coppersmith Brockelman, Gabriel spent nearly two decades at a respected boutique litigation firm in Phoenix, where he became a partner. During that time, he handled a broad range of commercial litigation matters involving business disputes, employment issues, and industry-specific conflicts, including cannabis-related litigation. His experience includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants in trial and appellate courts.

Gabriel Aragon has received significant recognition for his work in business litigation. He has been recognized by Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America, and Southwest Super Lawyers. He also holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell for professional excellence. In addition to his legal practice, he has served in leadership roles within the Maricopa County Bar Association and the American Bar Association and has contributed to legal education through training programs with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
