Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, Gabe immigrated to Orange County, California, where he was raised. His early interest in the legal system and dedication to helping others led him to pursue a career in law, where he could make a meaningful impact by representing injured individuals.

Gabe attended the University of Arizona and earned two Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminal Justice Studies and Public Management and Policy. While there, he was an active member of the Criminal Justice Association and played for the University of Arizona Club Baseball Team. He then pursued his Juris Doctor at Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Practice, Foundations, and Transactions.

While completing legal studies, Gabe clerked for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, gaining valuable experience in misdemeanor and felony panel units. Following this, he transitioned into personal injury law, working at a respected firm in Orange County, where he developed expertise in representing accident victims.

Since being admitted to the California Bar in December 2021, Gabe Katz has been dedicated to securing client justice.
