About
Frank Sciacca is the managing partner of Medici & Sciacca P.C. and has more than twenty-five years of experience in complex litigation and business matters. His practice includes business law, corporate law, commercial and residential real estate, land use, and civil litigation. He serves as general counsel to companies and advises on contracts, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, asset transactions, and business disputes.
Sciacca earned a B.A. in Political Science from Providence College in 1989 and a J.D. from New England Law Boston in 1993. His education supports a practice combining corporate counseling, real estate transactions, land use matters, and contested litigation. The work requires analysis of contracts, ownership structures, financing, regulatory requirements, business risk, and the procedural demands of cases that move into court.
Sciacca represents national and international companies on general counsel matters and has handled business transactions, asset purchases and sales, contract negotiations, and litigation. His real estate work involves lenders, brokers, agents, title insurers, developers, and property owners. Earlier in his career, he served as an Assistant Attorney General and tried serious criminal cases, adding substantial courtroom experience to his civil practice.
Frank Sciacca combines transactional counseling with litigation experience across business and real estate matters. Sciacca works with companies and property clients on legal issues that can affect operations, ownership, development, financing, and dispute resolution. His prior public-sector trial work and long private practice give him experience in both proactive legal planning and contested proceedings where business records, contracts, and witness evidence become central.
