Frank J. Sciro Jr.

Frank J. Sciro Jr., Esq. is a Partner at Sciro & Marotta, P.C., based in Paterson, New Jersey. Frank attended Paterson Public Schools before earning his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1971. Following law school, he completed a one-year judicial clerkship with former Congressman Charles Joelson, gaining early courtroom experience and exposure to complex legal and governmental matters.

Frank has devoted approximately eighty percent of his practice to litigation, with a strong emphasis on criminal defense and municipal law. He is rated “AV,” the highest designation for New Jersey trial attorneys, and has been recognized in publications such as Who’s Who in the U.S. and Best of New Jersey.
